Sponsorship Levels
TITLE SPONSOR: $2500 (One Opportunity)
- All marketing and flyers to draw coaches to the event will feature your company logo.
- Your company name will be included in the title of the event.
- Your company name and logo will be the only logo advertised on the clinic schedule all coaches will use to navigate during the weekend.
- Co-Branded Facebook Ad targeted to coaches in Washington State ran for two weeks
- Would also include Lunch Sponsor Opportunity for no added cost
LUNCH SPONSOR: $1500 (One Opportunity, if No Title Sponsor)
- 30 minute opportunity for presentation to the entire group of coaches in attendance. This is during the window on Saturday where all coaches come to have a free lunch. WIAA has taken the 30 minute window to present during this time because it ensures the highest viewership.
45 MINUTE BREAKOUT SESSION: $600 (Two Opportunities)
- You will have the floor for 45 minutes to present to coaches.
- During this block, you will be the only presenter during this time.
- There will be no technique or other sessions to compete with during this block
Event Table Sponsor: $300
- You will have a table in the lobby of the event for Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the event.
- Saturday night we will have the “Vendor and Hall of Fame Social Hour.” We will have a “Bingo Card” for coaches to visit vendors. Coaches can fill their punch sheets by visiting every vendor booth and getting your table signed off on their “Bingo Card”. They can trade in their sheet for a beverage before the Hall of Fame Banquet. This encourages coach to meet and visit all the vendors at their table.
