How do I replace my lost membership card?
- Lost cards can be retrieved here. Enter the email used for registration and our system will email you a copy of your card.
How long does it take to receive my membership card?
- If you are an individual coach paying for your own membership, you will receive your card via emial immediately upon registering and paying with a credit card.
- If you are a coach registering with a group that pays for your membership, you will receive your card via email once your Group Administrator pays for your registration. Group Administrators can pay for coach registrations with a credit card or check. Payment with credit card will automatically distribute cards to all paid coaches upon payment. For check payments, cards will be released upon receipt of a Purchase order or check.
